Returns Policy

RETURNS & WARRANTY

Customer satisfaction is our goal. Most merchandise in unused sell-able condition may be returned for a refund within 180 days of purchase when accompanied by your receipt*. Save your packing materials and manufacturers warranty together with your White Mountain Outdoor Enterprises sales receipt and invoice. After 180 days if you believe there to be a problem not caused by normal wear and tear, you should contact the manufacturer directly.

 

*Items returned after 30 days from ship date are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless they are defective and still under the manufacturer's warranty.

 

* Items returned with missing or severely damaged original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

 

*Items returned after 90 days will be issued store credit.

 

*For your safety, Survive Outdoors cannot accept returns of the following items:

 

  • Climbing Equipment
  • Food Items
  • Mouth Calls
  • Body Armor
  • Defense/Pepper Spray
  • Undergarments (including but not limited to: underwear, socks, t-shirts, base layers)
  • Used Footwear
  • Batteries
  • Gloves
  • Personal Communications Products (Including EarHugger [VIDMIC] and Code Red Headsets Products)
  • Headwear
  • All PDU Apparel (Professional Dress Uniform)
  • Smith & Wesson Component Kits and Parts

 

All merchandise is subject to a manufacturer inspection upon arrival before the return will be finalized. You must email admin@surviveoutdoors.net for an RA# and instructions before you send the return back. All merchandise returned will be processed within 10 business days.

 

For the convenience of our account holders, a return may be requested by signing in to your account. Once signed in, Completed will be available under MANAGE MY ACCOUNT on the left hand side of the page. Click the link to view the status of completed orders. Each completed order will have a link to the right of the page to initiate a return. Click the Return Item(s) link and follow the instructions on the following pages to begin the return process. Package your order and mail it to the address given at the end of the form.

 

When returning merchandise to White Mountain Outdoor Enterprises, carefully wrap the items and return them Parcel Post insured or UPS. Parcels must be returned shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and will be refused. Enclose a note telling us the reason for the return, along with the name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order. Advise us if you are looking for a refund, exchange, store credit**, or repair. We will return ship via surface delivery.

 

White Mountain Outdoor Enterprises will refund postage due to shipping errors or defects in merchandise.

REFUNDS

If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund which will appear on your credit card statement. Purchases made with PayPal funds will be credited to your PayPal Account.

 

EXCHANGES

Exchanges of purchases made by credit card will be credited back to the card. The replacement item will then be rebilled.
