RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Customer satisfaction is our goal. Most merchandise in unused sell-able condition may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt*. Save your packing materials and manufacturers warranty together with your White Mountain Outdoor Enterprises sales receipt and invoice.
*Unfortunately, at this time Survive Outdoors is unable to accept any returns after 30 days elapse from the receipt of merchandise. If you have return inquiries more than 30 days after receipt of merchandise, please contact the manufacturer directly for possible repair or replacement.
* Items returned with missing or damaged original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
All merchandise is subject to inspection upon arrival before the return will be finalized. All merchandise returned will be processed within 10 business days.
At this time Survive outdoors cannot accept returns on discontinued items. Discontinued items are clearly marked as such below the item title on the product page. All sales on discontinued items are final.
For your safety, Survive Outdoors cannot accept returns of the following items:
- Climbing Equipment
- Food Items
- Mouth Calls
- Body Armor
- Defense/Pepper Spray
- Undergarments (including but not limited to: underwear, socks, t-shirts, base layers)
- Used Footwear
- Personal Communications Products (Including EarHugger [VIDMIC] and Code Red Headsets Products)
- All PDU Apparel (Professional Dress Uniform)
- Smith & Wesson Component Kits and Parts
Return Request Instructions
Please request a Return Authorization Number before returning any item.
You may email email@example.com for a Return Authorization Number and instructions before you send the return back.
For the convenience of our account holders, a return may be requested by signing in to your account. Once signed in, Completed will be available under MANAGE MY ACCOUNT on the left hand side of the page. Click the link to view the status of completed orders. Each completed order will have a link to the right of the page to initiate a return. Click the Return Item(s) link and follow the instructions on the following pages to begin the return process. Your Return Authorization Number will be emailed to you. Package your order and mail it to the address given at the end of the form.
When returning merchandise to Survive Outdoors, carefully wrap the items and return them Parcel Post insured or UPS. Parcels must be returned shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted and will be refused. Enclose a note telling us the reason for the return, along with the name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order. Advise us if you are looking for a refund, exchange, or store credit. We will return ship via surface delivery.
White Mountain Outdoor Enterprises will pay postage to return items due to shipping errors or defects in merchandise.

If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund which will appear on your credit card statement. Purchases made with PayPal funds will be credited to your PayPal Account.
Survive Outdoors will gladly fulfill an exchange whenever you are not fully satisfied with a purchase within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure the returned item is in NEW condition (i.e., not used, opened, broken or tested) and does not fall under the list of unacceptable returns listed above. Please follow the Return Request Instructions above to request a Return Authorization Number and specify "Exchange".
