Our Promise


IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE FROM SURVIVE OUTDOORS, THEN WE'RE NOT HAPPY EITHER.


Your satisfaction is our goal. You may return most items, in new, sellable condition, for any reason, within 180 days of purchase, when accompanied by your receipt or packing slip*.

 

*Items returned after 30 days from ship date are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless they are defective and still under the manufacturer's warranty.

 

* Items returned with missing or severely damaged original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

 

*Items returned after 90 days will be issued store credit.

 

*For your safety, Survive Outdoors cannot accept returns of the following items:

 

  • Climbing Equipment
  • Food Items
  • Mouth Calls
  • Body Armor
  • Defense/Pepper Spray
  • Undergarments (including but not limited to: underwear, socks, t-shirts, base layers)
  • Used Footwear
  • Batteries
  • Gloves
  • Personal Communications Products (Including EarHugger [VIDMIC] and Code Red Headsets Products)
  • Headwear
  • All PDU Apparel (Professional Dress Uniform)
  • Smith & Wesson Component Kits and Parts



New condition means:

      - tags still on

      - packaging intact

      - unworn

      - unwashed

      - unstained

      - unscuffed

      - no tears

             - no odors

 

 

All merchandise is subject to a manufacturer inspection upon arrival before the return will be finalized. You must email admin@surviveoutdoors.net for an RA# and instructions before you send the return back. All merchandise returned will be processed within 10 business days.

 

After 180 days, if your purchase is not performing to your satisfaction, or if you believe there to be a problem not caused by expected wear and tear, please contact the manufacturer directly. We recommend you save all packaging, manufacturer's warranty information, receipts and invoices, to facilitate the return process, should the need arise.

 


When returning merchandise to Survive Outdoors, carefully wrap the items and return them Parcel Post insured or UPS. Parcels must be returned shipping charges prepaid. C.O.D. returns can not be accepted and will be refused. Enclose a note telling us the reason for the return, along with the name, address, and zip code of the person who placed the order. Advise us if you are looking for a refund, exchange, store credit**, or repair. White Mountain Outdoor Enterprises will refund postage due to shipping errors or defects in merchandise. We will return ship via surface delivery.

REFUNDS


If your purchase was made using a credit card, that card will be issued a refund which will appear on your credit card statement. Purchases made with PayPal funds will be credited to your PayPal account. 

EXCHANGES


Exchanges of purchases made by credit card will be credited back to the card. The replacement item will then be re-billed.
